LOWPOWER LP7801TESPF

LP7801TE is a single-chip solution IC designed specifically for small-capacity lithium battery charge/discharge applications. It integrates a linear charge management module and an ultra-low-power synchronous boost discharge management module, with built-in power MOS, externally programmable charge current, and a maximum charge current of 1A.

The LP7801TE integrates charge status indication, input overvoltage protection, battery temperature detection, and constant-temperature charging. On the discharge side, it provides a 5.1V boost output with 500mA load current capability, 1μA standby power consumption, and an EN control function that can fully shut down the output voltage. It features built-in overcurrent and over-temperature protection, operates at 1.2MHz switching frequency, and supports small-inductor applications down to 2.2μH — offering a simple, easy-to-use solution for small-capacity lithium battery systems.

The LP7801TE integrates a linear charging module and a synchronous boost discharge module, featuring charge status LED indication, externally configurable charge current, simultaneous charge-and-discharge support, and multiple protection functions including overcurrent, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection to effectively safeguard both the battery and the system.
