Introduction
TPS7A05 is an ultra-small, low quiescent current LDO regulator capable of delivering 200mA with excellent transient performance. The device features an output range of 0.8V to 3.3V with typical accuracy of 1%.
The TPS7A05 features an ultra-low IQ (1μA), drawing minimal quiescent current to extend battery life in battery-powered applications, offering excellent functionality and safety. The device can be powered by rechargeable Li-ion batteries, primary lithium battery chemistries (such as Li-SOCl2 and Li-MnO2), and two to three series alkaline cells.
The TPS7A05 incorporates an active pulldown circuit for fast output discharge when the device is disabled.
The TPS7A05 is fully rated over an operating junction temperature range of TJ = -40°C to +125°C, and is available in standard X2SON (DQN), SOT-23 (DBV and DBZ), and DSBGA (YKA) packages.
