The TAS576xM PurePath Smart Amplifier not only enhances bass effects and audio fidelity but also provides higher volume while driving the speakers to their thermal and mechanical limits. The TAS576xM includes two bridge-tied load (BTL) Class-D amplifiers with a peak power of up to 2x50W/4Ω. In terms of thermal protection, this amplifier is designed for typical speakers and can handle high-temperature peaks during the heating of the speaker voice coil, then reduce its average power to a safe limit. This device has a wide power supply range of 4.5V to 26.4V and supports various power supply options, from dual-cell lithium-ion batteries to a fixed 24V power supply. With PurePath Smart Amp technology, speakers can be driven more at peak power (rather than average rated power) without worrying about damaging the speakers due to offset or thermal overload.
