Introduction
The TMP1075 offers the highest accuracy and lowest power consumption, serving as a drop-in replacement for the industry-standard LM75 and TMP75 digital temperature sensors. Available in SOIC-8, VSSOP-8, WSON-8, and SOT563-6 packages, the TMP1075 provides pin-to-pin and software compatibility for seamless upgrades to any existing xx75 design. The new 2.0×2.0mm DFN and 1.6×1.6mm SOT563-6 packages reduce PCB footprint by 82% and 89%, respectively, compared to the SOIC package. The TMP1075 achieves ±1°C accuracy over a wide operating temperature range, and features an on-chip 12-bit ADC delivering 0.0625°C temperature resolution. The TMP1075 is compatible with the two-wire SMBus and I2C interfaces, supporting up to 32 device addresses with SMBus reset and alert functionality.
