TS3USBCA4 is a passive 4:1 (TS3USBCA420) and 3:1 (TS3USBCA410) multiplexer that supports routing various types of differential or single-ended signals to the SBU1/SBU2 pins of different interfaces via a USB Type-C connector. These signals can be differential DisplayPort AUX, analog audio MIC and AGND, PCIe differential clock, or any other supported general-purpose differential or single-ended signals. The audio path features ultra-low on-state resistance (R(ON)), low crosstalk, and excellent total harmonic distortion (THD) performance. The break-before-make function prevents signal distortion when signals are switched from one channel to another. The high-speed path supports bandwidth up to 500MHz, providing full support for DisplayPort AUX, PCIe clock, and other similar signals. Combined with low-power performance, these features make the device well-suited for portable audio applications. The TS3USBCA4 offers a wide supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, giving users the flexibility to power the device from a single-cell battery, a 3.3V regulator, or VBUS. It also provides options for both commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
