TI THVD1552DGSR

The THVD15xx is a series of noise-immune RS-485/RS-422 transceivers designed specifically for operation in harsh industrial environments. The bus pins of these devices can withstand high levels of IEC electrical fast transient (EFT) and IEC electrostatic discharge (ESD) events, eliminating the need for additional system-level protection components. Each device is powered by a single 5V supply. Devices in this series have an extended common-mode voltage range, making them suitable for multi-point applications on long cables. The THVD15xx series devices are available in a small VSSOP package, suitable for space-constrained applications. These devices are rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C in natural ventilation environments.
