Low on-resistance of 125Ω (typical) within a 15VP-P signal input range at VDD - VEE = 18V. High off-resistance with channel leakage of ±100A (typical) at VDD - VEE = 18V. Logic level translation for 3V to 20V digital addressing signals (VDD - VSS = 3V to 20V), capable of switching analog signals to match switching characteristics up to 20VP-P (VDD - VEE = 20V), rON = 5Ω (typical) at VDD - VEE = 15V, with extremely low quiescent power dissipation under all digital control input and supply conditions, power dissipation of 0.2μW (typical) at VDD - VSS = VDD - VEE = 10V. Binary address on-chip decoding. 5V, 10V, and 15V parametric ratings 100% tested at 20V quiescent current. The CD405xB-Q1 analog multiplexers and demultiplexers are digitally controlled analog switches featuring low on-resistance and extremely low off-state leakage current. These multiplexer circuits consume extremely low quiescent power across the entire VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage range, regardless of the logic state of the control signals.
