TI INA201AIDGKR

The INA200, INA201, and INA202 devices are high-side current shunt monitors with voltage output and integrated comparators. The INA20x devices can sense the voltage drop across a shunt resistor at common-mode voltages ranging from -16V to +80V. The INA20x family offers three output voltage gain levels — 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V — with bandwidth up to 500kHz. The INA200, INA201, and INA202 devices integrate an open-drain comparator with an internal reference providing a 0.6V threshold. An external voltage divider sets the current trip point. The comparator features a latching function and enters the transparent state by pulling the RESET pin to ground (or leaving it floating). The INA200, INA201, and INA202 devices operate from a single 2.7V to 18V supply, with a maximum supply current of 1800μA. Package options include the ultra-small VSSOP-8 and SOIC-8. All versions are rated for an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
