Introduction
The TLV313 family of single, dual, and quad op-amps combines low power consumption with strong performance. This makes them well-suited for a wide range of applications, including wearables, utility metering, building automation, and banknote counters. The family features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (typical: 65μA), high bandwidth (1MHz), and ultra-low noise (26nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making them highly attractive for battery-powered applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. In addition, the low input bias current of these devices makes them suitable for applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range. The robust design of the TLV313 simplifies circuit design. The device is unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 100pF, integrates an RFI/EMI rejection filter, is free from phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and offers high ESD protection (4kV HBM). These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V), and are rated for an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
