Introduction
The TLV713P-Q1 series LDO regulators feature low quiescent current and excellent line and load transient performance, making them ideal for power-sensitive applications. These devices offer a typical accuracy of 1%. These devices are designed to operate stably without an output capacitor. Removing the output capacitor enables an extremely compact solution size. However, these devices also remain stable when used with any output capacitor (if an output capacitor is used). The TLV713P-Q1 also provides inrush current control during device power-up and enable. The input current is limited to a defined current limit to prevent excessive current draw from the input power supply. This feature is particularly important for battery-powered devices. These devices come in a standard DBV package and include an active pull-down circuit for rapid output load discharge. The TLV713P-Q1 complies with AEC-Q100 Grade 1, making it suitable for automotive applications.
