Introduction
The REF34-Q1 devices are a series of low-temperature-drift (6ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS voltage references. These devices feature an initial accuracy of ±0.05%, low operating current, and power consumption of less than 95μA. They also offer extremely low output noise of 3.8μVPP/V, enabling the devices to maintain high signal integrity when used in high-resolution data converters and noise-critical systems. The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift of these devices further enhance stability and system reliability. Additionally, the small size and low operating current (95μA) of the devices make them well-suited for battery-powered applications. The REF34-Q1 has an enable pin that can set the device to shutdown mode, in which the device consumes a low standby current (3μA) to help reduce the overall system power consumption during standby. The REF34-Q1 series has a wide rated temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
