Introduction
The DRV5013-Q1 device is a chopper-stabilized Hall-effect sensor that provides magnetic field sensing characteristics with excellent sensitivity stability and integrated protection features over the entire temperature range. The magnetic field is represented by a digital bipolar latch output. This integrated circuit (IC) is equipped with an open-drain output stage with a sink current capability of up to 30mA. The wide operating voltage range (2.7 to 38V) with reverse polarity protection up to -22V makes this device widely applicable to various automotive applications. It provides internal protection functions against reverse power supply conditions, load dump, and output short circuits or overcurrents.
