TI ISO7310FCDR

The ISO7310x provides current isolation of up to 3000 V_RMS for up to 1 minute in accordance with UL standards, and 4242 V_PK isolation in accordance with VDE standards. These devices feature an isolated channel where the logic input and output buffers are separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. When used with an isolated power supply, the ISO7310x can prevent noise currents on the data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. These devices have integrated noise filters for harsh environments where short noise pulses may appear on the input pins of the devices. The ISO7310x has transistor-transistor logic (TTL) input thresholds and operates over a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. Thanks to the innovative chip design and wiring technology, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO7310x is significantly enhanced, ensuring system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection and compliance with radiation standards.
