TI ISO7731FDWR

The ISO773x devices are high-performance three-channel digital isolators that provide isolation ratings of 5000 VRMS (DW package) and 3000 VRMS (DBQ package) in accordance with UL 1577. This family of devices features enhanced isolation ratings compliant with VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC standards. When isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, the ISO773x family of devices offers high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. The logic inputs and output buffers of each isolation channel are separated by a dual-capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. The device is equipped with enable pins that can be used to place the corresponding outputs in a high-impedance state in multi-master drive applications or to reduce power consumption.
