TI LMZ14202HTZ/NOPB

The LMZ14202H SIMPLE SWITCHER power module is an easy-to-use step-down DC-DC solution that can drive loads up to 2A with excellent power conversion efficiency, line and load regulation, and output accuracy. It uses an innovative package to improve thermal performance and enable manual or machine soldering. It can accept input voltage rails between 6V and 42V and provide an adjustable and highly accurate output voltage as low as 5V. Only 3 external resistors and 4 external capacitors are needed to complete the power solution. It is a reliable and durable design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limiting, and it allows startup to a pre-biased output. A single resistor adjusts the switching frequency to 1MHz.
