This single-channel Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The SN74LVC1G17 device contains one buffer and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The CMOS device features high output drive while maintaining low quiescent power dissipation across a wide VCC operating range. The SN74LVC1G17 is available in multiple packages, including the ultra-small DPW package with a footprint of 0.8mm × 0.8mm.
