Introduction
The OPAx354-Q1 series high-speed voltage-feedback CMOS op amps are designed for video applications and other applications requiring wide bandwidth. These devices feature unity-gain stability and can drive large output currents. Differential gain is 0.02%, and differential phase is 0.09°. Quiescent current is only 4.9mA per channel.
The OPAx354-Q1 series op amps are optimized for single-supply or dual-supply operation from as low as 2.5V (±1.25V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V). The common-mode input range extends beyond the supply rails. Output swing is within 100mV of the supply rails, enabling wide dynamic range.
The single-supply version (OPA354A-Q1) is available in the miniature SOT-23-5 (DBV) package. The dual-supply version (OPA2354A-Q1) is available in the miniature VSSOP-8 (DGK) package with fully independent circuitry to minimize crosstalk and eliminate mutual interference. The quad version (OPA4354-Q1) is available in the TSSOP-14 (PW) package. The device is specified for operation over the automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
