Introduction
The ADS8353, ADS7853, and ADS7253 all belong to a pin-compatible dual-channel high-speed simultaneous-sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) product family, supporting single-ended and pseudo-differential analog inputs. Each device includes two independently programmable reference voltage sources, which can be used for system-level gain calibration. It is also equipped with a flexible serial interface that can operate within a wide power supply range, enabling easy communication with various host controllers. This family of devices supports two low-power modes, which can optimize power consumption for a given output. All devices are fully rated for operation within the extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and are available in pin-compatible WQFN-16 (3mm × 3mm) and TSSOP-16 packages.
