This series of devices consists of single, dual, or quad independent single-supply or dual-supply voltage comparators integrated on a single monolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground potential, even when operating from a single supply. Low-power supply current consumption makes them suitable for battery-powered applications. These devices are designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS. Current consumption is independent of supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to realize a wired-AND logic relationship. All devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
