Introduction
LKS563 is an integrated full-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving MOS/IGBT gates. It features three high-side drive outputs and three low-side drive outputs, capable of simultaneously driving six MOS/IGBT devices. The high-side devices achieve voltage bootstrapping via floating pins, with a maximum withstand voltage of +300V. Input signals are compatible with CMOS and LSTTL logic levels, with a minimum input voltage down to 3.3V.
