Introduction
The TLV674x family includes single-channel (TLV6741), dual-channel (TLV6742), and quad-channel (TLV6744) general-purpose CMOS op amps, offering low noise of 3.5nV/√Hz and high bandwidth of 10MHz. With their low-noise and high-bandwidth characteristics, TLV674x devices are well suited for a wide range of high-precision applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance. In addition, the low input bias current of the TLV674x family supports applications with high source impedance. TLV674x devices feature a robust design that simplifies circuit design, thanks to unity-gain stability, integrated RFI/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (2kV HBM). Furthermore, the resistive open-loop output impedance makes it easy to maintain stability under extremely large capacitive loads. This op amp family is optimized for low-voltage operation, with the TLV6741 operating down to 2.25V (±1.125V) and the TLV6742 and TLV6744 operating down to 1.7V (±0.85V). All devices support a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V (±2.75V) and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
