TI LMV7235M5X/NOPB

The LMV7235 and LMV7239 are ultra-low-power, low-voltage comparators with a 75-ns propagation delay. These devices operate over a wide 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply voltage range. They achieve a 75-ns propagation delay while consuming only 65 μA of supply current at 5 V. The LMV7235 and LMV7239 feature an extended rail-to-rail common-mode voltage range. The input common-mode voltage range extends 200 mV below the negative supply rail and 200 mV above the positive supply rail, allowing ground sensing and supply sensing. The LMV7235 has an open-drain output. By connecting an external resistor, the output of this comparator can be used as a level shifter. The LMV7239 has a push-pull output stage. With this feature, the device can operate without an external pull-up resistor. The LMV7235 and LMV7239 are available in 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT-23 packages, making them ideal for systems requiring small size and low power consumption.
