This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). Operating conditions are as follows: ambient temperature -25℃~+85℃; applicable wire gauge AWG#28~#22; applicable PCB thickness 1.2~1.6mm. The product surface shall be free of defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling. Outline dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings, and identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Materials shall be per drawings. Regarding packaging, plastic parts shall be inner-packaged in plastic bags, terminals shall be inner-packaged in reel tape packaging, with a certificate of conformity enclosed (or affixed), indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and date of manufacture; outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list attached, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date, with products secured from shifting inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but products must be protected from moisture and mechanical damage. For storage, packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and surrounding air free of acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases.
