TI TMUX1109PWR

TMUX1109 is a precision CMOS MUX. It offers a differential 4:1 or dual 4:1 single-ended channel configuration. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports a broad range of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, ensuring TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Fault-protected logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to the control pins before the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage.

The TMUX1109 is part of a family of precision switches and MUX devices. These devices feature very low on- and off-state leakage currents and low charge injection, making them suitable for high-precision measurement applications. Low supply current of 8nA and compact package options make them ideal for portable applications.
