Descrizione
The TLIN1441-Q1 is a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) physical layer transceiver that complies with LIN 2.2A and ISO/DIS 17987–4 standards. It features an integrated Low Dropout (LDO) regulator and a watchdog. The TLIN1441-Q1 watchdog can operate in window mode or timeout mode and can be controlled by pins or SPI. The control is established by pins or SPI at power-on based on the state of pin 9 (e.g., high level, Z state, low level). LIN is a single-wire bidirectional bus commonly used in low-speed in-vehicle networks with a data transfer rate of up to 20 kbps. The LIN receiver supports offline programming applications with a data transfer rate of up to 100 kbps. The TLIN1441-Q1 converts the LIN protocol data stream on the TXD input into a LIN bus signal. The receiver converts the data stream into a logic-level signal, which is sent to the microprocessor through the open-drain RXD pin. The TLIN1441-Q1 reduces system complexity by providing a 3.3V or 5V voltage rail with a current of up to 125 mA for power microprocessors, sensors, or other devices. The TLIN1441-Q1 has an optimized current-limiting waveform shaping driver to reduce Electromagnetic Emission (EME). The sleep mode enables ultra-low current consumption and allows wake-up via the LIN bus or pins. The LIN bus has two states: the dominant state (voltage close to ground) and the recessive state (voltage close to the battery). In the dominant state, the LIN bus is pulled high by an internal pull-up resistor (45 kΩ) and a series diode, so responder applications do not require external pull-up components. According to the LIN specification, controller applications require an external pull-up resistor (1 kΩ) plus a series diode.
