Introduction
The ADS7041 is a 10-bit, 1MSPS ADC. The device supports a wide analog input voltage range (1.65V to 3.6V) and contains a capacitor-based SAR ADC with an integrated sample-and-hold circuit. The SPI-compatible serial interface is controlled by CS and SCLK signals. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, while SCLK is used for conversion and serial data output. The device supports a wide digital supply range (1.65V to 3.6V), enabling direct connection to various host controllers. The ADS7041 complies with the nominal DVDD range (1.65V to 1.95V) per JESD8-7A. The ADS7041 is available in an 8-pin miniature X2QFN package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
