개요
The LMX2492/92-Q1 is a 14GHz wideband delta-sigma fractional-N PLL with ramp and ultra-wideband signal source generation capabilities. It consists of a Phase-Frequency Detector, a programmable charge pump, and a high-frequency input for an external VCO. The LMX2492/92-Q1 supports a wide range of flexible ramp functions, including FSK, PSK, and configurable segmented linear FM modulation system configurations with up to 8 segments. It also supports fine PLL resolution and fast ramps with a phase detector rate of up to 200MHz. Any register of the LMX2492/92-Q1 can be read back. The LMX2492/92-Q1 can operate with a single 3.3V power supply. Moreover, the support for a charge pump with a voltage of up to 5.25V eliminates the need for an external amplifier, resulting in a simpler solution with better phase noise performance.
