Introduction
The XC6206 series are CMOS low-dropout voltage regulators featuring high ripple rejection ratio, low power consumption, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices offer a very low quiescent current (6.5μA Typ.), capable of delivering 200mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Due to the low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, these devices are ideally suited for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
