The RT9193 series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS technology. These regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuitry, current limiting circuitry, phase compensation circuitry, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. The RT9193 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, further saving board space and reducing cost. With high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response to handle load current variations, it is particularly well-suited for handheld devices and RF applications. By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 0.1μA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
