RCLAMP0524P is an ultra-low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 0.5pF only, is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD), Level 4 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-4 (electrical fast transient - EFT) (40A, 5/50ns), very fast charged device model (CDM) ESD and cable discharge event (CDE), etc. The RCLAMP0524P comes in a RoHS compliant and Halogen Free 2.5mm x 1.0mm x 0.55mm DFN2510-10L package. This device incorporates eight surge rated, ultra-low capacitance steering diodes and a TVS in a single package. During transient conditions, the steering diodes direct the transient to either the positive side of the power supply line or to ground.
