KTH1702 is a low-power Hall-effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive applications. The device is available in multiple magnetic field thresholds, switching frequencies, and package options to accommodate a wide range of applications. When the applied south-pole or north-pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point B, the output is pulled low and latched until the magnetic flux density falls below the release point B, at which point the output returns high. The device integrates an on-chip temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit to ensure stable operate points and switching frequencies, delivering omnipolar magnetic response at ultra-low current consumption. KTH1702 operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
