TI ESD451DPLR

ESD451 is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed to protect data lines and other I/O ports. Per IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the ESD451 can withstand ESD strikes up to ±30kV (above Level 4).

The device features a typical IO capacitance of 0.5pF, enabling protection for high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0. The ultra-low dynamic resistance (0.19Ω) and clamping voltage (10.4V at 16A TLP) make it suitable for system-level transient event protection.

The ±30kV ESD rating and 6A surge current capability allow it to deliver robust transient protection for 5.5V power rails and data lines in portable electronics and other space-constrained applications such as wearables, all within a compact package.

The ESD451 is available in industry-standard 0201 and 0402 packages.
