Introduction
QPC1022 is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch designed for switching applications requiring ultra-low insertion loss, high power handling capability, and minimal DC power consumption. The QPC1022's excellent linearity performance makes it ideal for use in cellular base stations. The switch provides very high isolation between RF ports, enabling better separation of transmit and receive paths. The QPC1022 is offered in a very compact 1.1mm × 1.5mm × 0.375mm (typical) 9-pin LGA package.

- Harmonics: 2nd harmonic at -106dBc, 3rd harmonic at -94dBc at 1980MHz
- High isolation: 56dB at 204MHz, 39dB at 2GHz
- High IP3: 76dBm at 1.9GHz
- Compatible with low-voltage logic (VHIGH minimum = 1.3V)
- No external DC-blocking capacitors required in the RF path unless DC is externally applied
- HBM ESD rating of 1000V on all ports
