This series of devices consists of single/dual/quad independent voltage comparators capable of operating from single or dual supplies, integrated on a single monolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground, even when operating from a single supply. Low-power supply current consumption makes these devices suitable for battery-powered applications. They are designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS. Current consumption is independent of supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to realize a wired-AND function. All devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

• Wide single-supply or dual-supply voltage range: +2.5 V to +36 V or ±1.25 V to ±18 V
