The HSN74LVC1G14 single Schmitt-trigger buffer operates over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device contains one buffer that performs the Boolean function Y = Ā. Due to the Schmitt-trigger input, the device may have different input threshold levels for rising-edge (V_T+) and falling-edge (V_T-) signals, providing hysteresis (ΔV_T), which enables the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. The device fully supports partial power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
