Descrição
MG6208 is a CMOS voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, low dropout voltage, and short-circuit protection. With a quiescent current as low as 1.5μA at no load, it delivers 150mA output current under minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation performance, making it ideal for portable battery-powered products, metering, and security applications. The MG6208 retains all common LDO characteristics, including a low-dropout PMOS pass device, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
