Introduction
This is a high-performance, high-reliability residual current device (RCD) dedicated chip with externally adjustable delay, designed for bottom-entry wiring applications, used to detect leakage signals on the live and neutral lines. Upon detecting a leakage current signal, an integration signal is generated through an external capacitor. When the voltage exceeds the threshold voltage, a delay is initiated via the port. After the delay expires, the output drives a high-level signal. When the circuit breaker fails to trip normally, the internal digital processor outputs a pulse control signal with a duty cycle of 30ms; 100ms, ensuring the circuit breaker is completely shut off and effectively protecting against electric shock hazards. Meanwhile, for different application scenarios, dual-channel output drive is provided, capable of simultaneously driving high-voltage and thyristor outputs, expanding the product's application scenarios. The inverse-time delay characteristic of the chip can be adjusted by tuning the external capacitor, and the fixed delay can be achieved by adjusting the external capacitor on the port. This chip can reliably withstand electromagnetic interference at 10V/m, 5KHz/100KHz burst pulses, lightning surge, voltage dips, power frequency magnetic fields, and other reliability tests.
