Introduction
The UMW OPA2333 and OPA333 series CMOS op amps use a proprietary auto-calibration technique to simultaneously achieve ultralow offset voltage (10 μV maximum) and near-zero drift over time and temperature. These miniature, high-precision, low-quiescent-current amplifiers feature high-impedance inputs with a common-mode range that extends 100 mV above the supply rail, and rail-to-rail output swing to within 50 mV of either supply rail. They operate from single or dual supplies as low as 1.8 V (±0.9 V) and as high as 5.5 V (±2.75 V), optimized for low-voltage single-supply operation.
The OPA333 series delivers excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This architecture enables superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The OPA333 (single-channel) is available in 5-pin SOT-23, SOT, and 8-pin SOP packages, while the OPA2333 (dual-channel) is available in an 8-pin SOP package. All versions are rated for operation over the −40°C to 125°C temperature range.
