HD3SS3202 is a high-speed bidirectional passive switch in a multiplexer or demultiplexer configuration, designed for USB Type-C™ applications supporting USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Gen 2 data transfer rates. The device switches between two differential channels (Port B to Port A, or Port C to Port A) via the SEL control pin. HD3SS3202 is a general-purpose analog differential passive switch. It is suitable for any application requiring a common-mode voltage range of 0 to 2V and a maximum differential amplitude of 1800mVpp for differential signals. The device features adaptive tracking to ensure consistent channel performance across the full common-mode voltage range. The device enables high-speed switching with minimal signal eye diagram degradation and negligible added jitter. It operates at less than 1.65mW (typical). A shutdown mode via the OEn pin achieves power consumption below 0.02μW (typical).
