Introduction
The 4:1 bidirectional switch is compatible with I2C bus and SMBus. It features four active-low interrupt inputs, an active-low interrupt output, an active-low reset input, and two address terminals, allowing up to four devices to be used on the I2C bus. Channel selection can be achieved through the I2C bus in any combination. All switch channels are deselected upon power-up. It has low RON switches and supports voltage level conversion between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V buses. There is no interference upon power-up, and it supports hot insertion. It has low standby current, an operating power supply voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V, 5.5V tolerant inputs, a clock frequency of 0 to 400kHz, a latch-up performance exceeding 100mA, complying with the JESD 78 specification, and an ESD protection performance exceeding the requirements of the JESD 22 specification, with 2000V for the Human Body Model (A114 - A) and 1000V for the Charged Device Model (C101).
