AOS AOZ3024PI

The AOZ3024PI is a high efficiency, easy to use, 3 A synchronous buck regulator. The AOZ3024PI works from 4.5 V to 18 V input voltage range, and provides up to 3A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8 V. The AOZ3024PI comes in an exposed pad SO - 8 package and is rated over a - 40 °C to + 85 °C operating ambient temperature range. The AOZ3024PI is a current - mode step down regulator with an integrated high - side PMOS switch and a low - side NMOS switch. The AOZ3024PI operates from a 4.5 V to 18 V input voltage range and supplies up to 3 A of load current. Features include enable control, power - on reset, input under voltage lockout, output over voltage protection, internal soft - start and thermal shut down. The AOZ3024PI is available in an exposed pad SO - 8 package.
