Beschreibung
The LMR34206-Q1 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The device features integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, capable of delivering output current up to the specified value across a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 42V. The LMR34206-Q1 employs a peak current mode control mechanism to deliver optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy. A precision enable supports direct connection to wide input voltages or precise control of device startup and shutdown, providing flexibility. A power-good flag with built-in filtering and delay offers a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for an external supervisor. The LMR34206-Q1 uses a HotRod package to achieve low EMI, higher efficiency, and a minimal package-to-die ratio. The device requires very few external components, and its pin design enables simple PCB layout. The small solution size and feature set of the LMR34206-Q1 are designed to simplify implementation across a wide range of end equipment.
