TI TLV62585RWTT

The TLV62585 is a high-frequency synchronous buck converter optimized for compact solution size and high efficiency. The device integrates a switch capable of delivering up to 3A output current. Under moderate-to-heavy load conditions, the converter operates in pulse width modulation (PWM) mode at a typical switching frequency of 1.5MHz. Under light load conditions, the device automatically enters power save mode (PSM) to maintain high efficiency across the full load current range. In shutdown, quiescent current is reduced to below 2μA. Internal compensation eliminates the need for external compensation components, enabling a compact solution with minimal external component count. An internal soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup. Additional built-in features include short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, output discharge, and power good indication. The device is available in a 2mm×2mm QFN package or a 1.6mm×1.6mm SOT563 package.
