VIBRATION VT210R

VT21XR is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip to achieve the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "RF modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output."

The VT21XR comes in a 16-pin package, operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8~5.5V, draws less than 5.5mA operating current, features a 1.8ms startup time, and achieves a maximum receive sensitivity of -115dBm, making it well suited for a wide range of low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning processes during development and production, thereby reducing cost and accelerating time to market.
