Introduction
The UMW UCC27524ADR is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging power switch gates. In addition, the UMW UCC27524ADR offers extremely high latch-up immunity under all conditions within its rated power and voltage range. The UMW UCC27524ADR will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. The UMW UCC27524ADR can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully ESD-protected up to 2.0kV.
