Introduction
The UMW UCC27519 is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Built on latch-up resistant CMOS technology, it achieves a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. The UMW UCC27519 logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or TTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features an internal UVLO circuit with hysteresis and an output current buffer stage. The UMW UCC27519 is designed to operate over a wide VCC range of -10V to 25V and a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
