Introduction
UMW UCC27714DR is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary HVIC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology enables a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high-pulse-current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 700V.
