HUAXIN VCS1301S

VCS1301 is a highly integrated omnipolar magnetic switch sensor that integrates an AMR magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuit in an ultra-compact package. The CMOS processing circuit provides precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation and push-pull output, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and nanoampere-level current consumption, making it suitable for various handheld devices and battery-powered applications. The omnipolar magnetic switch eliminates the need to identify the north and south poles of a magnet, greatly simplifying installation and usage requirements. Leveraging the high-speed response characteristics of AMR, this switch combines high response frequency, low power consumption, compact size, and excellent temperature performance, making it the preferred choice for numerous low-power, high-performance applications. VCS1301 is available in three package options: SOT23-3, TO-92S, and FBP-06L, with corresponding part numbers VCS1301S, VCS1301T, and VCS1301F.
