Introduction
The LMV93x-N-Q1 series (single, dual, and quad) are low-voltage, low-power op-amps that meet AEC-Q100 Grade 1 requirements for automotive applications. The LMV93x-N-Q1 series operates from a supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V with rail-to-rail input and output. The input common-mode voltage extends 200mV beyond the supply rails, providing enhanced operation beyond the supply voltage range. Output swing is rail-to-rail with no load, and within 105mV of the rails with a 1.8V supply and 600Ω load. The LMV93x-N-Q1 devices are optimized for 1.8V operation, making them ideal for portable dual-cell battery-powered systems and single-cell Li-ion battery systems. The LMV93x-N-Q1 devices offer an excellent speed-to-power ratio, achieving a gain-bandwidth product of 1.4 MHz at very low supply current from a 1.8V supply. The LMV93x-N-Q1 devices can drive 600Ω loads and capacitive loads up to 1000pF while minimizing ringing. These devices also feature a high DC gain of 101dB, suitable for low-frequency applications.
