Introduction
The TLC227x-Q1 are dual and quad LinCMOS™ op amps. Both devices demonstrate excellent rail-to-rail output performance in single-supply or dual-supply applications, further extending dynamic range. The TLC227x-Q1 family provides 2MHz bandwidth and 3V/μs slew rate for higher-speed applications. These devices deliver outstanding AC performance with lower noise, input offset voltage, and power consumption than existing CMOS op amps. The TLC227x-Q1 noise voltage of 9nV/√Hz is half that of comparable solutions. With high input impedance and low noise characteristics, the TLC227x-Q1 is ideal for small-signal conditioning from high-impedance sources such as piezoelectric sensors. In addition, the rail-to-rail output on single or dual supplies makes this family ideal for interfacing with ADCs. For precision applications, the TLC227xA-Q1 family offers a maximum input offset voltage of 950μV. This device family is rated for operation at 5V or ±5V. These devices provide greater output dynamic range, lower noise voltage, and lower input offset voltage. With this enhanced set of features, the TLC227x-Q1 is suitable for a broader range of applications. The full parameter set of the TLC227x-Q1 family makes these devices well-suited for most automotive applications.
